This is not the first time I have called First Call. They replaced my old furnace and checked my existing A/C. This time my old hot water heater needed to be changed. As a much-appreciated perk, the plumber also tested my sump pump and explained how I could do it at no additional charge! The installers arrived on time, used tarps to protect our home, and explained what they had done. An additional reason I called First Call again, is their active participation in community events. They give back to our community wherever possible. I would not hesitate to call them again.
