I have been a customer of First call since 2015. I have always found them very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used them for regular maintenance and for repairs on the humidifier. I have found that when possible they send the same technician who is familiar with our heating system. But sometimes a different one. They are all very good. I whole heartedly recommend them.

After shopping around different companies, I had First Call come out to provide a quote for a new air conditioning installation. Steve came to do the estimate, and he was excellent to work with, he was professional, knowledgeable, and offering great customer service. Based on his expertise, the quality of the product (Lennox), and the reasonable price, I decided to move forward with First Call.

That said, after the unit was installed, there were a few minor installation-related issues that initially left me less than fully satisfied. After completing the customer satisfaction questionnaire, I received a call from Anna in the office. She showed genuine concern about my experience and assured me that the issues would be addressed promptly. True to her word, Andrew, the Install Manager, came out, listened to my concerns, validated them, and had everything corrected quickly.
Therefore, even with the minor issues during the install, I would absolutely recommend First Call Heating. As they demonstrate a genuine commitment to quality products and excellent customer care at a fair price, without trying to upsell a unnecessary 12 year warranty at an inflated cost.

Excellent experience with First Call while installing an air source heat pump for our bungalow. Chris walked us through a variety of options and clearly outlined the potential benefits and drawbacks of each so that we could make an informed decision.

Installation with Andrew and the team was excellent, and it was clear that the team put effort and planning into the install in order to leave the mechanical room clean and organized in the end.

Every single interactions I had with First Call Heating & Air Conditioning has been fantastic. Originally we installed a humidifier in our house. The price was right and the work done quickly. When it got to -40 and things froze, they answered during emergency hours. They didn’t take advantage of my distress to get money from me. They told me what was going on and advised. Later we used them to upgrade our furnaces, and again, the process was easy on my end and the work does with wonderful professionalism. Their technicians truly went above and beyond to help us. They’re my go-to from now on. Don’t need anyone else.
